Whether you're preparing for birth, in the middle of labor, or settling in with your newborn, a doula’s role is to make sure you feel confident, cared for, and never alone.
A doula doesn’t replace your doctor or midwife—they’re there to complement your care with warmth, reassurance, and a calming presence.
It’s all about having someone in your corner, holding space for you, and helping you feel empowered, informed, and supported.
